Hey guys. Hope you are doing well. Lately, I have been so much into home fragrances and this post is dedicated in sharing with you an amazing brand I recently discovered – Rituals. This is not a sponsored post, just my honest opinion and experience with the products. I actually noticed the brand at a friend’s home and I was happy to find out that Aalborg has just gotten its own store. I went to check out the place and I was really pleased by the amazing products, customer service and atmosphere. I am a huge fan of good scents, so Rituals’ boutique really got me from the first time I went there.

More then just a store

Incredible design and interior – makes you feel really relaxed. <3

The store has a great interior. Everything smells incredible, the light is dim, there is a nice meditating music going on, and one really feels transferred to another world. Most of their collections are inspired by Asian, Middle eastern and Indian culture, which I am really fond of. I got totally overwhelmed by how nice the smell in the store is, and I was sure I will not go out of there empty handed.

The customer service was really great. I was told everything about the products and the idea behind the brand. What mostly grabbed me is that the products are highly organic and very much environmentally friendly. They reuse bottles, which is really impressive in a world of mass usage and production. I am really supportive to companies, that at least try to make a difference. I loved that the products are not tested on animals, which for me is essential. The good welcoming staff and the great customer service didn’t end there. I got a hand massage, because I have not tried the products before and I can tell you – it felt AMAZING. I have never ever had such a soft skin on my hands and when I compared before and after, the difference was huge. Besides that the body products smell amazing, they really do a great job.

I seriously wanted to buy all the products in the store! 😀

The Rituals of Sakura

One of their collections, which I absolutely loved (and I would say my most favourite of all), The Rituals of Sakura is inspired by the Japanese culture. The scent of the collection is a mixture of Cherry Blossom and Organic Rice Milk. I can not describe the smell, as it is very special, but what I can say about it is that it is absolutely relaxing and calming.

The Rituals of Sakura fragrance sticks. <3

I got these incredible fragrance sticks, which I am absolutely in love with… <3 My whole living room smells of cherry blossom and a perfume like scent. These are the mini version sticks, as they also have big once, that are supposed to hold a longer time. The ones I got are lasting for about 3 weeks and the best thing is that you can get a refill after that and use the same bottle you got the first time. I am not a huge fan of sprays and so on, but scented candles and those sticks, I am definitely addicted to.

The bottle design is really stylish, which fits perfectly to any interior design. I love that the smell is not too compulsive, but just the opposite – it smells really gentle and not too much so you get a headache. I got a really cute bag with testers, besides the sticks, which I would say are great products. I got a body cream, black soap and sun protection face cream as testers and I am very satisfied of them all. I am so sure I will be going back to the Rituals‘ store in Aalborg very soon, cause I would like those wardrobe sachets and some more of those fragrance sticks (just can’t get enough of them). 😀 For scent lovers like me, I will definitely recommend that you check out their store and I am sure you will fall in love with their products, just like me.
